Guess Who is Teaching at Interlochen this Summer?
Actually there are six horn teachers at Interlochen and I am pleased to announce that I am now in the website!
I am excited to be teaching there for the first three weeks of their 2011 summer session. This will be my first summer there and I am well aware of the long history of their horn program and faculty. Interlochen was founded in 1928 and is a place where literally thousands of high school aged horn players have studied and gone on to recognition in the field.
The other horn faculty for this year are Lisa Bontrager, Gustavo Camacho, Kelly Drifmeyer, Brad Gemeinhardt, and Bruce Henniss. For more about all of the horn faculty see this page, and be watching Horn Matters this summer for more horn news from Interlochen.
