Horns and Stuff at Rugs-n-Relics
An eclectic collection from a world traveler.
I can’t remember exactly when I found Phil Holcomb’s web site but once I did I was intrigued by his story and his odd collections.
The title of his site — Rugs-n-Relics — says it all. It is a web site displaying his large collections of oriental rugs, miscellaneous antiquities and old brass instruments.
His collection of French horns is modest, but in the context of the many other items, it is like icing on a cake. His personal story alone is quite fascinating — Mr. Holcomb was quite the world traveler.
