Mahler 6th Symphony: Expressive Terms Translated


Rummaging through old files, I found a handy list of German terms from Gustav Mahler’s 6th Symphony with English translations. I cannot account for the complete accuracy of these translations, so use this list at your own risk.A glossary of terms.(This post was scheduled last week and as a complete coincidence, Charles Noble posted some satirized Mahler terms on his blog yesterday. Funny stuff that is definitely worth a read.)
