Horn Articles Online and IHS Fan Pages on Facebook

Shortly after I joined Facebook I started a group for Horn Articles Online. With more time on Facebook I realized however that I should have set up a fan page instead of a group, as I can do more with a fan page–in particular have a feed from the Horn Notes Blog.

At the same time, I am also on the Advisory Council of the IHS and from that vantage point I could also see that there was an International Horn Society group on Facebook but it was not actually authorized by the IHS. But an official presence was needed and was recently approved.

So actually this note is to announce two things. First, I have started an official Horn Articles Online fan page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Horn-Articles-Online/44339527286 which I would welcome you to join. Also, the IHS just launched an official Facebook fan page which I would also welcome you to join; it may be found at http://www.facebook.com/pages/International-Horn-Society/45360062965

Thank you again for your support for the site and keep checking for more on teaching and playing the horn.
