When Mellophone Players go Bad

This link http://www.ksla.com/global/story.asp?s=9434526 is an interesting one, one I was pointed toward initially on Facebook. It gives details on a mellophone section hazing incident at Southern University, described in the article as a ritual to be “initiated into an unofficial fraternity known as ‘Mellow Phi Fellow’ for the French horn section of the band.” The seven section members who were arrested are out on bond now, but this goes way beyond any mellophone toss. Yikes!
