Some Tips on Applying for College Teaching Jobs
Teaching horn at the college level is an interesting and rewarding career. But how does one apply for these positions effectively?
Some great tips on this topic were recently posted at Rate Your Students. This is a site that probably most regular readers Horn Matters have never visited (and I have never posted on as I have great students!) but it is generally entertaining to read and this post in particular certainly relevant to anyone seriously seeking a job in higher education.

UPDATE August 2011: The link is dead! Rate Your Students was/is a very interesting site (not maintained now, but still up) but this post is missing (although others from the same month are still up). I do have some tips on this of my own and have this article on a short list to update further, check back again in a month or two!
